As our products are all made to order they can take up to 3 business days to make before we dispatch by 24hr or 48hr Royal Mail tracked. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as they are ready to leave us.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Quirky Thistle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So please double and triple check any customisation as we are not responsible for any errors. This includes capital letters etc.
As all orders are made to order we do not offer a refund or exchange on our products - if your item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 business days with a description of the damage and pictures of the delivery box to include postal sticker and the damaged item together in one picture for us to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
