How long does it take for you to produce and ship my goods?

Approximately 3 business days (as all orders are made to order). Although we do our best to produce them quicker without ever compromising on quality. We send you a royal mail 48hr tracked number on dispatch so you can keep an eye out for your product.
Can I return my goods?

In short - no. As all our goods are all made to order. If personalisation is added please ensure all wording is correct (including capitals) as we cannot change after customisation is complete.
What if my goods are faulty?

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your goods and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
